final bill as leaving o2

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have paid off my device and cancelled airtime contract as am thinking of moving networks. They have given me PAC code which expires on 25th Sept. My billing date is 24th each month. Have I already paid for airtime for this month, is it paid in advance?

From a final bill point of view. Am I better using PAC code now or wait until the 24th? I'm confused as you may tell!

Yes, you will unfortunately.
You need to decide if it's worth your cost to move sooner or later, depending on your reasons for leaving.

You pay a month in advance so you need to move before your next bill is generated or they will bill you a further month.

So if I use the PAC code before 24th Sept, i.e tomorrow, I'll be losing out on allowance I've already paid for?
