family plan and free tablet

I have texted 21500 twice now (13th June and 25th June) for the family plan loyalty been told twice will be in contact within 3 days still waiting. I was also told i will recieve a free tablet in the post heard nothing of that since purchase on the 8th June.

Hi @Apf you will need to call customer services again to chase for your discount https://www.o2.co.uk/family-plan and for the tablet, this will be sent to you after 14 days and before 40 days of taking your contract.

i called customer services they told me to go in store, store did a a web chat with customer services and have to wait another 3 working days for an answer.

after being tol it would be sorted by now im being messed around again and told i have to FAX them information. Who on earth has a fax machine?
"You can send your reply via fax to 0870 600 2402. If you don?t have
access to a fax machine, you can get it faxed from the nearest O2 store."
