hi  i paid £7.65 foor faily bolt on to be told it takes 24hrs  then got told it will take 48hrs that is ,58 pm tonight it is now 20.28pm  now i am being told i have to wait another 28 hrs that is 72 hours ive had to wait this is digusting im fed up slight_frown

Marina, it has been reported on and off for a long time on here that it either isn't working, can't be added or numbers can't be changed - It's not an epidemic but it does crop up fairly often, for some reason.....

A while ago they amende the link which seemed to work for a while but it must be getting on for 2 years now that people have had to call customer service.

I haven't got  this myself but as we know there have been a few problems with this recently. Perhaps if it is 2 years on.....it needs a thorough overhaul...?
