~Why is it such a problem to print off the monthly airtime bill? I have requested a paper copy at £1 a time but that has not showed up either!

If you use Chrome on a Windows PC to access your bill for printing (the View and Download Bill History" link), you may find it works better if you set Chrome up to auto-delete cookies from O2 and the O2 billing sites each time you exit Chrome. I have a post here, @Peacocklady, that should help with this aspect of bill printing.

Also "sign in" to MyO2 website first - signing into the forum first confounds things...
