Hello, on my latest bill i have been charged extra on my text messages. i dont know why because i have unlimted texts and i havent text anything else that may have charged me.
can someone help me please ?

I'm guessing the number is 000000000001234 which means they are designated as mms messages.

The most likely cause is that some of your texts are being sent as MMS if they go over 480 characters or you are using emoticons. Many threads on this.

I fell for it myself yesterday. Bought a new bed from tesco online who then sent me a text giving me the options for delivery date, 1. for 18th, 2. for 19th etc. Made my choice and texted back just the figure 1 and promptly got a 17p + vat charge on my bill.
Expected better from Tesco or their agents!

Result!!.............Delightful phone call from a most concerned lady at Tesco Direct who promptly credited my account with £5! Now that's customer service!
