extra charge for using abroad

Hi last month and this month i have been charged for unfair use of my minutes abroad. 

Im working in finland and due to covid 19 i have not been able to travel back to the UK, i still pay my bill each month. I think these charges are unfair due to the current situation.

If you have been in Finland for longer than 63 days in any 4 month period, then O2 (or any other network) won't see that as fair use of your policy. https://www.o2.co.uk/roamfairuse 

You also may well have exceeded your allowances, in which case you will be charged

But with the current climet it seems crazy. im better off just cancelling my whole cotract

Surly covid should be taken into account, im ment to come back every 3 weeks but due to covid and where i work in finland i havent been able to leave

Just give O2 a call and see if you can get a sympathetic advisor
