I down graded my phone from a super duper Samson S7( or something ) to something smaller and more affordable. I worked out that i did'nt chat much (or so I thought) and now I have been stung for a bill of 80 quid. I can barely afford food or to pay my bills as it is. ( so cross)
1.The charges were off peak, so I dont know if that had anything to do with it.
2 Also my friend rang most of the times
3 My allowance is for 200 mins and my usage was about 184 , how in the hell do I get to go over my allowance to the tune of 80 pounds ? anyone know?
I try to talk on Skype or FB messenger. I only have one friend I talk to , mostly for half hour. It is as if I dont have an allowance and I am been charged for the calls. ( really cross and checking my language here) I find the o2 phone information complicated and has forced me to come here to understand what is going on.
My phone should be costing me £ 15.00 a month. Even with allowance for the fact that I may occasionally go over my minutes ( average does not suggest this) how in the hell does it come to 80 pounds ? I feel I am been (language) ripped off and now I am here, on 02 like it's social media or :manmad:

Hi @Anonymous if you have checked your usage in my o2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and it appears wrong then you need to speak to someone in customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
