hello guys, ive been having abit of trouble paying my bill off this month since I've been out of work and trying to manage the money I've got. I spoke some one of the members on live chat and asked them if I could get an extended date to pay the bill . the 15th of this money. literally 2 weeks from when I'm suppose to pay. they said yes that's fine he will put my payments on hold till then. but when I've checked my account its saying I'm overdue my payment and if I don't pay by 8th I'm going to get a late charge on all my 4 contracts. I thought 02 would understand abit more and look after their customers abit better.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
