hello im about to have my phone swapped as my new phone wasnt working but ive lost the returns label how do iget a new one

For a doorstep exchange, you don't need a label.

If you've been asked to post it back, you need to get customer service to send you a new one Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

You will need to contact customer services, on 0344 809 0202 and request a new returns label
