It won't be refresh if it runs out this year so you will have to call CS on 202 to drop to a sim only tariff if you wish to keep your current phone and pay less each month.

Hi

Yes.

So your on the Refresh Tariff.

You can when this is handset plan is paid up upgrade again, stay paying the airtime part , move to a sim only or cancel with no fee.

You can check most things about your tariff and contract in your myo2 or call Cust service on 202.

Would depend on what type of contract you are on (is it a refresh tariff etc?)

When you come to the end of a normal contract O2 will keep taking the usual amount from you until you upgrade handset, or sign up for a sim only deal.

Not sure with refresh as I'm not currently on it.

you pay exactly the same.

essentially its a minimum 24 month contract so as its coming to an end it will continue unless you upgrade or provide a 30 day cancellation

I thought when your contract was up you went on a 30 day rolling contract? It was up to you to change then to whatever suits you the best?....

Yes, that's correct @Cleoriff If you do nothing, it becomes a 30 day rolling contract. Your tariff stays as it was until you decide what you want to do.
