my contract ends next month but i dont want to upgrade, can i roll on with this contract? if so will i pay less as i will have paid for my handset?

Thanks for that @EmilieT So a 12 month sim only is allowed and a 30 day sim only isn't.

Much clearer now...

So you can’t upgrade a 12 month simo unless 3 months have passed even if coming off refresh?

@MI5 That's correct! If a customer takes a 12 months SIM only they can upgrade after month 3, no matter what calling plan or contract they where on previously as long as they’re out of contract slight_smile

 

@Cleoriff If the customer takes a 30 day contract they can upgrade any time after the 30 days is up. I hope all these details help but if there's anything that's still a little hazy do let me know here or via PM smiling

Thanks @EmilieT I have got it now. So the 30 days sim only fares better re upgrades than the 12 month sim only (where you have to wait for 3 months)...

Yes but is more expensive for lesser allowances.
It depends if you want to wait 3 months to upgrade I guess?
