My £18 contract is ending ,i am happy with my htc phone and would like to change to the simplicity £11 sim,could you advise me how to do this online,and is it possible to keep my existing number ?

easiest way is to ring 202 for free and it will all be sorted for you or look in my-o2 for options there

log in to your my o2 account. and go tonupgrade my phone you will have the option to selext sim only deala once you have completed th varifacation process which inbolves sending a text to your phone.

alternetivly call 202 and let them change it for you

oh and you will keep your number
