The phone was yours to do with as you will from the start on the contract, which will continue on a 30 day basis until you either cancel it, upgrade or move elsewhere.
If you want to continue you can either stay as you are or change to a Simplicity (sim only) 30 day or 12 monthly contract which might be cheaper for you.
If you need a new phone you can upgrade to a new contract or look at the new Refresh contracts.
