end a o2 refresh contract

Hi guys just a fast one,

I have £240 left on my device plan which im about to pay off, i take it i can then just cancel the sim and airtime plan without any cost?

Hi,a LITTLE advice plz, im due for an upgrade, if i go on to o2 Refresh do i have to pay off my phone, or can i just leave it running till the 24mth contract term ends???

You can do either. Most people pay for it over the 2 years but if you want to upgrade early you can choose to pay it off sooner.

So if you've a year to run on your airtime agreement can you still give 30 days notice or will they make you pay the last 12 months?

Once the device plan is paid off the airtime can be cancelled at any time for free with 30 days notice.

I want to continue to pay my device plan because its in the contract.  I have the device, but because it is now water damaged, I cannot use it. 

I want to cancel the airtime plan!!  I pay separately for the plan and device so surely I can cancel one and not the other!!

Who can answer this?  There may be a prize in it for you.

You can't cancel the airtime until you pay off the device first I'm afraid.
