I have recently had a call restriction until i paid my bill (two days), am I right in thinkinking they automatically reconnect you ? Or do you have to phone up?

You should be reconnected automatically once the system processes your payment, but this can take a few days.
You will need to reboot your phone.
You can also call to see if any late payment fee is due which may also delay reconnection.
You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

nice one thanks, the reboot didnt work so i guess its the latter option with the late payment charge as well .......two days.......two days!
