I am receiving emails and text messages from you regarding an order I haven't made.  Something about out of bundle charges

These are automatically sent out when you are moved to the new billing system and your payments are aligned to Virginmedia

It's O2 aligning your O2 bill to be the same as you paid Virgin before the transfer.
