emails and calls

My new phone (Honor 20 Lite)

1. receives emails but won't send them. My email address is with AOL.

2. sends every incoming call to voicemail. I've checked Settings and Call Forwarding is Disabled. So how is this happening??

1 - Your outgoing server settings are wrong.

2 - Do not disturb might be turned on or dial ##002# to clear all diverts.

You need to check the email settings

AOL MAIL SMTP SETTINGS

• Server Address: smtp.aol.com.
• Username: Your AOL Mail screen name (e.g. whatever comes before **Personal info**)
• Password: Your AOL Mail password.
• Port Number: 587 (With TLS)
• Alternative Port Number: 465 (With SSL)
• Authentication: Required.

Sending Limits: 500 Emails a day or 100 connections a day.

Try turning off voicemail by dialling 1750.

Also dial ##002# to clear all diverts
