email scam or not

I received an email from Marjo.  I asked '02 Chat' if it were a scam.  They said it was and not to click on anything and to delete it and send a screen shot to the community forum. So I have attached it.

Not a scam you have a reward for being on the o2 community forum and well done. Go to private messages and send a message to Marjo (who is one of our community Managers) send her your mobile phone number and she will send you a reward of some money to spend on calls or texts or emojis those little extras! to your mobile account.
Let us know if all is well and you have sorted out the message.
