I just want the email address for 02. So I can terminate my contract in January. I don’t want Gurus or phone calls or anyone trying to get me to stay or asking why I want to leave.

There is NO email address for cancellation. You just have to follow the advice in the guide, Ive linked to. If you want your PAC to move to another network, then follow this advice Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

If you don't want to talk to someone then your best option would be to write a letter to them...
