Need more info. What account are your on? Refresh? what phone have you now. I can give you an idea what you can do.
Did you get it from carphone or direct from o2.?

Hi @richieb10 you can upgrade whenever you like. Dependent on whether you have any monies outstanding to pay off before you upgrade. You would be better off upgrading in store rather than online
