eSim Swap abroad

hi - i've done an eSim swap abroad - my old phone is has now lost signal but my new phone with the new eSim has No Service.

Anything I can do before I try get hold of O2? thx

Is that different from putting aeroplane mode on and off all the time?

eSim might be different but it's not possible to activate a physical sim unless on O2-UK network.

Spoke to customer services. They seemed to think it should just work. Had to add an iPhone bolt on though because moving to an iPhone.
...will see if it work.

hi - nope. not working - been past to the guru team I think so hope they can do something.

they say its activated on their end so should work so will have to wait and see...thx
