Dear o2

Today I switched from a contract to an eSIM only deal paying £19 pm for 100GB. I had to pay off the remainder of my payments first. 

What happens next? 

Can I take out my old SIM card and just use my phone normally? I have set up an eSIM.

Will o2 be sending me anything or emailing me with anything?

I need help!

Your eSIM will be found in MyO2 and can be installed from there

I can’t find that anywhere on my o2 page.

Do I go into Communications and then Your Sim?
