Hi Team,
I've bought a new unlocked device out of O2. I need to install the eSIM but following the instruction in My O2 the option "Swap your SIM’ does not appear in the menu. I've tried using the Web Site and also the App. None of them are showing the option to swap the eSIM.
What I need to do to get a new eSIM if I haven't purchased my new phone from O2?

Go into an O2 Shop with valid photo id, @eSIM7

O2 have tightened up on SIM issuance due to fraud.
