I have change the eSim to normal sim around 3 hours ago in a O2 shop and the assistant told me it will take around 20 minutes for the change and so far 3 hours passed and no line.

yes. And turn on and off airplane mode several times.

But I have no line, how I can contact with them? I tried online with the computer and always the chat support says they are busy and tell me to contact later.
