How do I get the eSIM working on my iPhone 11?. Do I need an eSIM pack from 02?
I’ve taken the Physical SIM out of my old iPhone 6s and transferred to my iPhone 11. The 11 is working but the 6s still rings when I receive a call. The O2 website still says I’ve got the 6s. I purchased the 11 from 02. Do I need to do something else to associate the SIM with the new phone?

You would need to order an esim pack from customer service.

Try changing the settings/mobile/mynumber to see if that sorts the issue out.

Remove or log out of your Apple ID in the 6s.
