download and print bill

Hi

I am trying to download and print bill to claim cash redemption. When I CLICK the download and print button I get error message DASH_ERR04 account number in target code is invalid

Any ideas what this means

Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
Don't know what you're using but Edge does not work, Firefox and Chrome are OK.
