hi my name is Caitlyn Taylor im having a problem with my o2 dongle which is pay as you go and will not let me top it up £10 and i thought it was my bank card but i rang them 5 times and there is nothing wrong with that so it must be the dongle not letting me buy credit so can u help me i have an amount with o2 and i spoke to someone on the phone but didnt help me and was rude can you help me top up my dongle
