hi I failed to fix this with the chat line yesterday.

how can I cap the data download and stop any none tariff calls so I do not exceed my allowance as I cannot afford to do that ?

unfortunately you cannot automatically stop your handset exceeding your allowance.

for data, download an app such as My Data Manager to monitor your data consumption. You can set it up to alert you when your approaching your limit.

You can't exceed data as it stops once you have reached your allowance.

As for calls they cannot be capped and you need to keep a constant check in My O2.

You can ask for a premium rate call bar on your account which will stop the most expensive calls from being made.
