You need to talk to your bank. They will be able to tell you if they have been cancelled.
If they have, then they can be reinstated but you may have to speak to O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Hi @martin118 - you may need to check with your bank as well as with O2’s customer service team – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 ) Good luck!
