I am VERY frustrated! Where can I change my bank details? The forum is rubbish - my page looks nothing like what has been posted and there is NO drop down menu!!!!

This forum is a customer to customer forum, and not o2 customer services. 

You need to ring Customer Services, if you cant find the option, they can be contacted on 0800 902 0217 and the Payment Management Team can help you..

Thank you for providing a number. I was going round and round in circles from the 'contact us' tabs (which did not offer this number). Will give it a go...

If you are on the new system it's Under Manage Cards for Payments (not obvious that it includes Direct Debit)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
