Are you looking to change your tariff or just stop using it and move away from O2?

If you look in My O2 you can make changes..

I assume your referring to the auto top up system for pay as you go customers.

Please contact o2 Customer Services Link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus if your myo2 won't let you cancel this option as stated.
