Hi, 

 

I paid my device plan twice last month as it appeared on MyO2 account that the device plan payment had not be made.  When I checked my bank account the statement shows that I paid the bill twice.

 

Upon checkingmy device plan today it still appears unpaid according to o2 and o2 are requesting payment for this months device plan.

 

Is there any avenue to get assistance regarding payments at this time?
