my bill was a little higher than usual so i thought i would look into my acc.
it states my device plan on the s7 has ended, yet my bill was over 50 quid.
a little further digging and i found my device plan will finish march 2019.
cant seem to contact anyone at this time.
not sure what is going on.
surely if my device plan as stated has finished, then i should be billed as sim only??
anyone had a similar experience or am i just getting ripped off for being a loyal customer?

@gazor You will have to contact customer service, but as I'm sure you're aware, the network is currently down. It will also probably take time to get through once service is restored, so you'll have to be patient. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

no i cant remember!!!
i cant seem to find the info when i took out the cotract, hense my post.... says ive finished my device plan , the no it finishes in march 2019
