Help! dont know what to do next, I have been in touch this mornign with Ombudsman, awaiting reply, I cannto for the life of me get in touch with ANYONE at 02, its now worrying as they have my deposit thats due back, I need to speak to someone to request it, nothing, never an answer, nobody on chat, nothign on twitter, I have no option but to now take it further, I have paid my 3 bills, and now my deposit is due, its like I am being ignored. can someone please help here! thansk

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
If you need to, press Lost/stolem or Fraud.
