deposit refund

writes about the return of the deposit to my account, I paid everything in o2 a long time ago, the information is included in the return automatically to the account, my question why there is no refund to the account?

It doesn't get automatically returned to you, you have to request it back when it appears on your 4th O2 bill, you have to then ask for it to be returned to your bank account.


If you didnt it will have been used to pay your next x number of bills

 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
