delivery address different to billing address

ive been trying to put on an order since 5.30pm yesterday for a samsung s9 referb in purple with 4gb data. my bank account is still registered to my previous address so I have changed my address on the system back to my old address so it will accept my card. i was then wanting the phone posted to my new address but now there is no option to do this. i already have a contract with you and just want to add another on, my living situation hasn't changed since i started my contract earlier this year so my card billing addrrss was still different and i didnt have any issues then. I work full time so unable to collect from store. please can you advise me on what to do. its ridiculous that all i want to do is add a 2nd contract and I'm unable to

Maybe update your card with your bank?
For obvious security reasons, your card details must match your delivery address.
