i have recently for the last 2 months used all my data about 15 days before its renewed but i really do not use it that much at all and never have i havent been doing anything different on my phone than i have for the last 3 years and i have never had this problem before

It had to be an iPhone. So many posts about this anomaly with iPhone usage on O2. I remember @MI5 had a similar issue and the only way to resolve was to change network. Not easy if you are in contract but o2 won't admit to a problem that has been apparent for at least the last couple of years.
