Hi, I added data last night and my phone still isn't accessing data outside of wifi.

 

I added more again this morning and still no data.

 

Please help

Firstly check in your MyO2 to see if you have any data available http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Then try re-starting your phone.

Check you have mobile data enabled in your settings then text the word "ACTIVE" to 2020.

Sae and activate the settings that get returned then re-start your phone again.
