So Ive been housebound for the last few months

Apart from a 2 week period when my wifi wasnt working properly, my phone was set to use my home wifi

Decided to check my usage today as was planning to downgrade my package, and oddly saw that significant data use has been logged on the O2 network for the last 4 months when there shouldnt be any!

Could this be because I have an older phone

I have a secondhand Sony Xperia D6603

Your phone must have disconnected from noticing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@tina880k It may be your data kicked in when your WiFi was temporarily off and never went back to WiFi. You need to go into your settings and turn off mobile data completely.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
