data top up

I have a monthly contract based in UK . I am trying to top up my data to use while I am in Ireland.  The number I rang this morning was very unclear and she mistakenly sold me Zone 1 I believe - I just need a regular top up please

You only need to make sure your phone is set to roam, and roam for data, @pippa3 - I am on a bus en-route from Northern Ireland to Dublin, no problem other tthan telling my phone to use 4G instead of 5G.

Roaming in Ireland is like at home, up to 25GB a month for up to 63days.

Thank you - but  I  have used up my  25gb - so need to buy more which seems very hard to do for immediate access - I used to be able to just add it to bill?

If I buy a bolt on is it immediate??

As you've already used your allowance for this billing period you will be additionally charged £3.50 per gb of data used above the 25gb.

Your allowance will reset when your next bill is generated.
