got a new py monthly sim only i havnt used any data not even put sim in phone yet but it should be 6gb it says o left of o on o2

There have been some problems with this since the network issue yesterday.
Call customer service on 202 to get them to add you to the list for getting it fixed.

I think this has been fixed for most people now.
