data roaming has stopped working changed my phone not connecting when in Republic of ireland

hello my data roaming is not working when I am in Republic of Ireland just changed my phone has this got something to do with it

Could be, for a number of reasons, @Skipper 

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4. Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
5. Step your phone down to 3G and try manually searching, step it back up after you get latched onto a working roaming network.
6. If still not working then contact O2 to make sure a Roaming bar has not been set on your account for some reason.
