data package unilaterally removed

Hi,

I purchased a basic additional monthly data package for a one off payment in September and things seem to working fine but I have just discovered that the facility seems to have been removed from my account. Trying to get in contact  with someone from O2 to discuss the matter with (online or by phone) seems as easy as nailing jelly to the wall. Seems that I will have to wait for call back on 23 December(!) or claim that my query is urgent/emergency.

Any suggestions on how to get some meaningful response as opposed to the appalling and frustrating experience to date!

Thanks

If you purchased a bolt on they are just one offs and need to be renewed each month if required.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
