I’d make sure you have everything backed up and do a factory reset.
Are you on win 10 developers preview program?

@emmitt You need to tell us what phone you have (I'm guessing it's a Nokia), how old it is, did you have your data backed up, have you contacted Nokia support? https://www.nokia.com/en_gb/phones/support

Everything should be backed up automatically but check this first making sure the settings are correct for One Drive. Then as advised,  a factory reset should sort it for you. Also look in battery settings to see what is draining the battery. Possibly a rogue app but a reset seems to be needed.

Hi @emmitt.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Have you backed up all your info regularly?

Not sure what phone you have but generally speaking a simple turn off and back on will help to resolve various issues
