my sim is damaged and will not be recognised by my phone when in the slot.I need a replacement sim ASAP.

@Anonymous  If you have an O2 store nearby you can go in and they will supply you with a new sim and swap your details to it. The swap can take up to 24 hours, but is usually much quicker than that. Make sure you bring identification with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

or you can call CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and order a replacement sim which will be delivered with details of how to activate it.
