Borrow a friend's phone or find a payphone if you can, or go into an O2 store and ask them to call customer service for you. When you do get reinstated, set up a direct debit to avoid this happening again.

They will have restricted your account because you missed paying your bills on time.

 

please set up a direct debit then you won't have this problem
