Hi does anyone know if the 02 customer service is open tomorrow? ( Easter Sunday ) i need to cancel an order and its due to come tuesday so the sooner the better.

If the phone hasn't been released to the courier then possibly

It may be that you need to await delivery and return it.

The device may be out of stock in which case you can cancel.

how do i return it? as all i can find is to refuse delivery, would it be best to refuse delivery and order a second one the correct one? sorry for all the questions this is abit confusing ( with the current situation ) and dont want to be stuck with a device i dont want

Wait till you speak to CS @Mark05 and you may not have to worry about that.

I’ve spoken to CS and they can’t cancel the order as it’s been sent out already they said I can either refuse delivery or accept the phone and ring them up to send it back but my question is my phone is smashed and keep cutting my fingers when I use it so do you recommend me doing a new order and just sending the wrong one back or do you think I should wait until the wrong one comes to send it back? Don’t want too many credit checks done
