i have been on hold after speaking with an adviosr for over an hour while he looks at my query - whats going on , shat sort of service is this?

There has been problems today with contacting cs which o2 are aware of and are trying to fix.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
