I honestly think discussing why you can't get credit back is relevant to the question asked.
Discussing how much credit other people have on their phones isn't.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's all relevant to the Op's enquiry I believe as they stated what credit they have and asked what can be done with it, which then opened up to a good discussion on what people have, what you can do with it ,and what you would like to do with it.
