I have upgraded from a Pay As You Go sim to a monthly contract which activated today.

The number is the same.

I had £25 outstanding credit on my Pay As You Go account and understood that this should be credited to my new contract.

How will this credit be appied and when should I receive it?

Credit should be transferred within 48 hours.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It will be applied automatically to your account and can be used to pay your first bill @guymanchester

Thanks but I know it isn't a customer service and I didn't ask for anyone to access my account, I just asked the question in case anyone knew the answer.
